Very disappointed she makes you pay the entire bill upfront even though you have insurance, claiming that she will pay you back as soon as the insurance pays her. Well I contacted her in reference to one my sons bills because I received notification that the insurance had already paid her for my sons services. They claim that they would send me the check ASAP. It's been almost two months and I have yet to receive the check. I now received notification last month that the second bill had also been paid and I haven't received anything from her. I will never go to her again I would rather drive to Midland/Odessa or El Paso and just pay my set deductible and not have to front her a loan.
She is a good family dentist.
