We called Alpine Funeral Home to help us arrange a graveside service in Marfa for our mother's funeral. Joe at the home was extremely rude to us and the funeral home director in El Paso who was handling her body, as she passed away in El Paso. My sister and I were caught completely off guard by Joe's attitude and the callous way he spoke to us. I asked for someone else to speak to and that gentleman was extremely apologetic, but unfortunately he was leaving out of town. Sadly this is the only funeral home in the area and we are stuck. Please be advised to ask for anyone other than Joe.
