Website says open today, Austin main office says yhey r open TODAY they are only opwn Tuesday and Thursday
Hours say 8 am to 5pm monday- Friday, but it's always closed when I go. They need a sign that tells why nobody's ever there
They have an inability to answer the phone. Either the number is wrong, or they have no clue how to pick up a phone.
It beggars belief that the customer service is so poor at this location that the entire town of Alpine and all the surrounding cities who are at the mercy of this office are painfully aware of it. And most of it stems from the one employee who is behind the counter most days. I attempted to get my license about six weeks ago and was told that it went through but for some reason wouldn't generate the actual physical license. She said she would call the next day so I could pick it up. Never called. I went back a week later to see what the deal was and she snapped at me and told me "I said I would CALL when it was ready!"....The next time I went she shut the doors and told the couple who was leaving that she was closing early......pathetic. I guess I will have to go to another town, but that is ridiculous.
They don't know how to answer a phone, I've called them 10 times already
