If you are single older male in town to work on something other than construction this might be a good place for you. They don't allow certain of workers. They also don't refund and only allow check or cash. The owner is a rude old hag. She lives on site, and she is extremely rude. We paid for a month and only stayed a week. They did refund thankfully, however because I am female she would not give me the refund. We had to wait for m husband to come home-it was 9 pm-to get the money back. They also don't really allow driving into the RV park. It says 5MPH, but she gave my husband a note that sad they actually mean "CREEP" she was very rude concerning this as well. We don't drive fast, but the truck is loud. She assumed he was driving quickly because of the sound of his truck. Guests aren't allowed to park at your RV they have to park at the front then walk through the nasty park to get to it. The park is in such disarray I had a hard time walking my dog. There is no grass except in the trees. But there is a lot of dead weeds and stickers to poke you and your dog. Its an ugly place, and the people aren't friendly. I don't suggest going here at all.
Additionally, she didn't think I was worth talking to (as a wife and woman, it seemed). Kept telling me to wait for my husband to get home for him to tell me. I'm appalled at how unprofessional this lady was.
We stayed here for several days and really like it. It is excellently maintained, employees and staff are super. Activities for everyone Some sites are not real roomy, but the ones in the newer areas are great. We recommend this park We camped here in a Motorhome.
I was told the only way I could do laundry is if I pay by week and my camper has hole in tank due to rough entrence
This park is not for the young they have posted 5 MPH signs but what they mean is 2.5 mph they don't like 2 wheels of the kind motor or not the inter net speed is dial up at best . You make a complaint your told if you don't like it you can pack up and leave with no refunds of days not spent in the park , The mgmt. staff are very rude.6 cable channels they grab the wrong remote and put all the TV channels on one and when told about it they act like you are in the wrong.
I tried to have a conversation with one of the owners and she talked over me the entire time. Apparently, they're looking for very specific people to stay in the park, which is fine, but she could be more professional when discussing with potential renters. Based on my first impression, these owners are rude and this is not a place I would stay or recommend. There are more rv parks closer to the cute little town than this one.
