Time with me for not only our booking but for directions to tour the area. The room was perfect for a couple and one big kid or a few smaller kids. Our teenager didn't really care for the futon but he made do. Maybe bring an extra blanket for cushion. Wonderful selection of snacks and toiletties!We would stay here again!
Great location to Marfa and the Observatory. House was clean, small gift basket, and walking distance to anything you need to eat/drink.

(Warning: Young adults from Central Florida in for a vacation) It was super convenient- we never even had to face any staff. Our KEYS WERE WAITING FOR US AT THE DOOR (Yes, that’s pretty trusting but the location is ALSO A BIT HIDDEN as we had to walk down a clean alley to get there). Outside our door was a SMALL, VEGETATION-FILLED COURTYARD. It was a bit too chilly for us to take advantage of but it mentally made us feel very relaxed upon entering. Huge plus for having LOCAL COFFEE AT THE COUNTER as well as a MICROWAVE, MINI FRIDGE, AND WIFI. A simple, sheer curtain divided the living room from the bedroom but also added an elegant feel to the minimalist appearance. Everything was CLEAN AND PERFECT for our stay.
