If bait and switch is your style, these are your guys. We were told it would be a $99 trip charge and that they would arrive at 9:00. At 11:00 the technician still wasn't here and when we finally got a hold of him he said the trip charge would now be $279 instead of $99. That was before any work is done.
Shady company that can't even do what they say. Watch out!
We had a special thermostat installed, one we could control with our Apple devices. William the technician who installed it took the time to make sure we didn't have any unanswered questions. There was even a bit of sheetrock dust on the hall floor after the installation. He asked for a broom and dust pan to clean up. I would call this company again.
