When my turn comes, I tell him I need to ship my package internationally to my in-laws. He gives me a slip to fill out and just walks away. I fill out as much as I can (international packing slips are really confusing) and go back to him. He tells me I have to fill out payment information for how to charge any money the customs process charges. He says to fill out the 'payment' area. I ask which payment area (there are two different areas and both just have a bunch of abbreviations that I don't understand). He looks at me like I am stupid and says "see here? This says payment... in English. So you put your information here" I respond and state that I don't know if I need to put a credit card number... or a billing address for the invoice to get mailed to, etc. He responds by saying "just read the directions. if I can figure it out, I'm sure you can.".
Today I walked in, and ahead of me is a mother with 2 kids under the age of 5 and is trying to mail something. The man keeps trying to explain something to her but she doesn't understand. You can see him getting frustrated. As she is in the middle of asking him a question, he turns to me (blatantly ignoring her) and asks if he can help me.
Wouldn't even give it one star. I am an educated, working woman and every time I go to this place to FedEx a box, the two men working here treat me like I am stupid.
I turned around and walked out. That place will never get any of my business again. I've had similar experiences each of the other 3 times I've been there. Not worth any of my money. Why would a place employ a person who is not good with customers?!
