Great place! Friendly, attentive wait staff. Good beer and wine selection. Pizza and shrimp scampi were outstanding.
Great place to eat in Alpine! My rosemary chicken raviolis were excellent. Had some great beers by the Big Bend Brewing Co. The IPA was tasty. All this while eating with our three small boys. They enjoyed one of their small pizzas.
The House salad was huge and yummy enough to share for two with a medium pizza. We had the Buffalo Chicken pizza and enjoyed. The one thing to remember is that they are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Pizza here was good enough to fill your stomach. Sauce had no flavor and dough was bland. It seems like there's an absentee owner, because the employees don't seem to care very much. They initially were very friendly, but service went down hill after about 15 minutes and a few more customers. I've found your best bet in Alpine is at the food trailers. They really go above and beyond.
Me and my family were on vacation and stayed in alpine. We decided to try Guzzi Up. The food and service were great, and there wasn't too long of a wait. The only reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is because it's a bit pricey. Good all around.
Just a note. It will probably be busy Monday and Wednesday night due to live music performing.
