We had crab-stuffed, bacon-wrapped jalapenos followed by Fried chicken with mashed potatoes and amazing fresh peas in the shell.
The only thing that topped our meal was the service.
Wow, a golden nugget in this small west Texas town! We just happen to be in Alpine on my birthday and the guy at the airport recommended this place. It was a great recommendation... the waitress was a pleasure to deal with, the food was great and the atmosphere was good. They even took care of me by adding a small candle to the desert we ordered to share! Highly recommended when your out this way!
Ive been there and thought it was great. was a new years eve. great food and great service. am going to be back in feb so we ll have dinner there one night. CANT WAIT!!!
Best meal and experience I have enjoyed in A VERY long time. Portions were well chosen, items perfectly fresh and expertly prepared.
The quality of the beef is not great. Our steaks were tough on two occasions. Decent enough service and the food is not bad, nice outdoor area in back if the weather is right.
This was our 24 anniversary and my husband is a traveling CST nurse in Pesos so he found this place on line and wanted to take me there it was 1 and half hrs just to get there. It was a beautiful candlelight dinner we both ordered steak and it was good the staff was attentive and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go and have a great night of food and fun.
